Event Space Rental


Regular Rates

• Rental Deposit: $100

• 5 Hours: $175

• 10 Hours: $350

• Hourly Rental: $40/hr (2-hour minimum)

Overtime Charge - $50/hr


Venue Security Deposit: $100 (refundable)

Required to reserve your date. Refunded after a successful walkthrough.



Tables & Chairs


Individual Rental Rates:

• Tables: $3 each

• Chairs: $1.50 each


Bundle Packages:

• Small Event: 4 tables + 20 chairs – $35

• Medium Event: 6 tables + 40 chairs – $65

• Large Event: 10 tables + 60 chairs – $90


Rental Security Deposit: $100 (refundable)

Applies to all table and chair rentals. Refunded upon safe return of all item



Setup & Breakdown Services

• Setup Only: $50

• Breakdown Only: $50

• Full Setup & Breakdown Combo: $80

Includes arranging tables and chairs at your event.



Delivery Services


We offer delivery for table and chair rentals within a 50-mile radius.

• 1–25 miles: $15

• 26–30 miles: $30

• 31–50 miles: $45

• Over 50 miles: Call for a custom delivery quote


Delivery must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance. Pricing covers drop-off only. Setup can be added separately.

Rental Etiquette & Policies

• All event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date.

• Security deposits are refunded within 48 hours of the event, pending inspection.

• Customers are responsible for any damages to the facility or rented items.

• Late returns or failure to clean the space may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Setup and cleanup times must be included in your rental hours unless otherwise arranged.
